Our Story:
Precision
Mechanical Inc. (PM) has been servicing laboratory and aerospace instruments and facility needs in the Northwest since 2006.
Initially run out of his home, owner Troy Miller carved a niche in the high-tech service industry by applying his HVAC training
and experience working at Spectrum Services to an industry lacking qualified service technicians. By combining general
mechanical prowess and technical training with impeccable customer service skills, PM soon turned into a valuable service
with hundreds of satisfied customers. Operating with a core of 4 full-time technicians, PM has over 35 years of combined experience
and continues to expand it's knowledge base by gathering certifications and building alliances with manufacturers, distributors
and technical consultants from many of todays leading brands.
What Makes Precision Mechanical unique:
Training,
experience in the field, and customer service have built a solid foundation for Precision Mechanical. Having spent countless
hours in the field, troubleshooting instrument malfunctions, PM technicians have brain-banked the most common occurrences
and in foresight stocked many of the parts necessary to perform common repairs. This principle has been essential to
PM's success; however, this also comes at quite a cost-- PM has tens of thousands of dollars in parts for your convenience.
Having local technicians with parts "on-hand" for common services means little to no down-time for our customers.
PM also maintains several larger pieces of equipment for "rent/loan" in the event we need to remove the item to
service it (ie: ultra-low freezers, incubators, centrifuge). This quality alone sets PM apart from the competition, and is
just another hallmark of our dedication to customer service.
